Asst. Prof. Kathleen N. Cruzada is a Registered Nutritionist-dietitian and a Licensed Teacher. She worked as a Nutritionist-Dietitian in Pinnacle Health Pointe, and Abbott Laboratories Philippines, and also as a consultant for the Market Research Team of Growers’ Nutribar.

Marita also known as “Tata” is a Registered Nutritionist-Dietitian and a Certified Sports Nutritionist with the Canadian Academy of Sports Nutrition. She studied BS Nutrition and Dietetics at the University of Santo Tomas. She has previously worked with nutritional companies and is now employed as a Quality Documentation Specialist in a healthcare account. She is currently the National Secretary of the Nutritionist-Dietitians’ Association of the Philippines and Asian Young Dietitian Network Philippine representative.

Dr. De Lara-Concepcion has a Medical degree from the University of Santo Tomas and is a Board Certified Developmental-Behavioral Pediatrician. She had residency training in pediatrics at Philippine Children's Medical Center where she also served as Chief resident. She currently has clinics in Metro Manila, Pampanga, Bulacan and Bataan.

A registered Nutritionist-Dietitian with 19 years of experience in the nutrition profession specializing in clinical nutrition, food service, academe, health & wellness, and the food manufacturing industry.

Dr. Kim Leonard G. dela Luna is an Associate Professor at the Department of Nutrition of the College of Public Health, University of the Philippines (U.P.) Manila. He is involved in different research focusing on food security, nutrition-sensitive agriculture, assessment of nutritional status, and public health and community nutrition.

Joan I. Delomen is a registered Nutritionist-Dietitian and an Assistant Professor 7 at the Institute of Human Nutrition and Food, College of Human Ecology, University of the Philippines Los Baños.
