Dr. Kim Leonard G. dela Luna is an Associate Professor at the Department of Nutrition of the College of Public Health, University of the Philippines (U.P.) Manila.

He is involved in different research focusing on food security, nutrition-sensitive agriculture, assessment of nutritional status, and public health and community nutrition. A registered nutritionist-dietitian by profession, Dr. dela Luna previously served as a Clinical Dietitian in a tertiary hospital in Batangas. Having found his niche in public health, he took his Master of Science in Public Health (Nutrition) from the UP College of Public Health. Recently, he finished his Doctor of Philosophy in Human Nutrition (Academic Excellence Award) at the UP Los Banos with a scholarship grant from the Department of Science and Technology.
