Faith Nacional-Rahi, RD-RND is a certified Registered Dietitian with extensive professional experience working with hospitals and the healthcare industry. She has a Bachelor's degree focused in Clinical Nutrition and Dietetics from Centro Escolar University and specializes in a wide range of areas including but not limited to Diabetes, Weight Management, and Nutrition Education

Amelita C. Natividad is a Professional Food Technologist. She is a Supervising Science Research Specialist in charge of the Physical and Sensory Evaluation Section of the Food Development Center handling physical evaluation, sensory evaluation, package testing, microanalysis, evaluation of food product label and drafting of nutrition facts panel. She has conducted several industry trainings and workshops on sensory evaluation and on food labeling requirements for the US and the Philippines.

Ms. Anna Teresa Orillo is a registered Nutritionist-Dietitian and a former Assistant Professor at the Institute of Human Nutrition and Food, College of Human Ecology, University of the Philippines Los Baños (UPLB). She is a graduate of Bachelor of Science in Nutrition and Master of Science in Applied Nutrition at UPLB.
