Gabriel is currently public affairs manager at Nestlé in charge of nutrition & sustainability related topics. Prior to this, Gabriel worked as Principal Nutrition Scientist in the Regulatory and scientific affairs team of Cereal Partners Worldwide, where he was and the chair of the Whole Grain Initiative food policy working group, as well as in Nestlé Research where he oversaw the scientific development of Nestlé reformulation standards. Gabriel’s background is in agronomy and public health nutrition, his research aimed at identifying indicators for healthy and sustainable dietary patterns.
