Dr. Sinead Hopkins is the co-founder of the International Breakfast Research Initiative and formerly a Nutrition Scientifst at Cereal Partners Worldwide. She recently led projects on digestive health, immune health and glycemic management to help scientifically substantiate health claims on products.
Dr. Hopkins graduated from the University of Ulster in Northern Ireland in 2004 with a first-class hounours BSc degree in Human Nutrition and Dietetics. She has practiced in a large teaching hospital in Dublin as well as the Alfred Hospital in Melbourne. She has also authored 7 publications, the most recent one in 2018 entitled: Towards an Evidence-Based Recommendation for a Balanced Breakfast.
