Ma. Paz Lugay-Sales is a Food and Nutrition graduate of College of the Holy Spirit, Manila and has a Master of Science in Nutrition at University of the Philippines, Diliman. She has been with the academe for 16 years before becoming the Managing Director of Center for Culinary Arts, Manila. She was also the Department Manager of the Food and Nutrition Department of St. Luke’s Medical Center, Global City. She led the GMP-HACCP Certification of the Department, making SLMC, GC the first hospital to acquire such certification.  

Presently an NDAP Board of Director, a faculty member of Kalayaan College and the UERMMMC  and board reviewer for the Nutrition and Dietetics Licensure Exam and consultant  for food safety.
