Paul Alteo Bagabaldo is an Assistant Professor 4 at the Institute of Human Nutrition and Food, College of Human Ecology, University of the Philippines Los Baños (UPLB). He was a cum laude graduate of BS Nutrition and MS Applied Nutrition minor Molecular Biology and Biotechnology in UPLB. In 2015, he ranked 1st place in the Nutritionist-Dietitian Licensure Examination (NDLE) and was awarded as the Most Outstanding Student in Nutrition and Dietetics by the Philippine Association of Nutrition, Inc. Mr. Bagabaldo has been in the academe for six year and has served as nutrition consultant for projects of private companies. He has been part of several research engagements on recipe/product development, health and nutrition surveys, and food and nutrient analyses with different government agencies, UN agencies, and private firms. He also has produced scientific papers and served as resource person in several local and international conferences and as lecturer/reviewer in NDLE review courses.
