Karen Kay Mejos is a nutrition researcher and a lecturer at Kenvale College Sydney, Australia. Karen graduated from the University of the Philippines Diliman with a degree in BS Community Nutrition. She eventually earned her MS in Nutritional Science and Food Management at Ewha Womans University, South Korea and PhD at the University of New South Wales, Australia.
