Elaine Grace S. Gatdula-Cubangbang, RND, CFPM

Elaine Grace S. Gatdula-Cubangbang or "Aine" is a Registered Nutritionist-Dietitian and a Certified Food Protection Manager. She has vast experience in the field of food safety and sanitation. She spearheads quality assurance and compliance activities in her present work. She has also conducted numerous trainings and certifications as a Certified ServSafe® Instructor and Registered ServSafe® Examination Proctor.

Aine is a graduate of Bachelor of Science in Nutrition at the University of the Philippines at Los Baños and earned academic units at the University of the Philippines Manila with a course in Master of Science in Public Health Major in Nutrition. Currently, she manages her own training and consulting firm helping small food business operators establish food safety programs in their establishments.
