Dr. Carl Abelardo Antonio is a tenured faculty in health administration and University Scientist in the University of the Philippines Manila. His research on the delivery of health services and the management of local health systems in the Philippine setting has been supported by both domestic and international funders. Dr. Antonio also serves as evaluator of institutional and national research grant applications.
