Ms. Anna Teresa Orillo is a registered Nutritionist-Dietitian and a former Assistant Professor at the Institute of Human Nutrition and Food, College of Human Ecology, University of the Philippines Los Baños (UPLB). She is a graduate of Bachelor of Science in Nutrition and Master of Science in Applied Nutrition at UPLB. She is now taking up her PhD in Psychology at UP Diliman to further her expertise in consumer behavior, nutrition promotion, and nutrition psychology.
Her continued participation in programs for professional development include the 6th Les Toques Blanches Philippines Culinary Scholarship Program; Consumer Behavior and Marketing in Tourism and Hospitality hosted by the National Kaohsiung University of Hospitality and Tourism in Taiwan; and the Sustainable Diets Summer School hosted by FoodBerlin and Humboldt University in Berlin.
