Ann Cayetano is a current Assistant Professor in the Nutritional Sciences Division of the Institute of Human Nutrition and Food, University of the Philippines Los Baños (UPLB). She graduated cum laude in BS Nutrition in UPLB and earned her MS degree in Applied Nutrition with Genetics as cognate in the same university. She is continuously involved in several research and extension activities including nutrition in emergencies, nutrition education, food and nutrient analyses, and nutrition surveys. She also contributed to the writing of different teaching and training manuals for both local and national levels and scientific papers, and served as a resource speaker in several seminars and conferences.
